Scenty fragrance bars are created with a blend of wonderful fragrance nodes. Between floral, musk, clean, and fruity – everyone’s nose can be satisfied! But what happens when you mix and match current scents? Sometimes magic happens!
Pink Haze was the scent of the month in February 2015. I received a sample from a friend and I was hooked (as was my mom). We had it running in our kitchen and bedrooms and stocked up quite frequently. Since the special monthly scents are only available for 6 months, we stocked up just before it left the online shop! When I received our spring/summer catalog, I was so excited for Pink Haze to return!
Clothesline is a new scent that I provided Real Scent Feedback on. It lasts a tremendous long time and I feel as if Pink Haze does as well. You can read my feedback here. Online, in on of my private Independent Scentsy Consultant groups, someone suggested mixing Clothesline and Pink Haze together. I’m not usually one to mix scents. But, the Whoot nightlight warmer in my laundry room was ready for a wax change and I thought – Why Not?
I put a half cube of Pink Haze and a half cube of Clothesline in the little guy. I didn’t tell my mom. After about 10 minutes she asked me if I had changed out the wax. I said yes. She said WHAT IS IT? I wasn’t sure if that was good or bad. She told me she couldn’t quite place her finger on the scent, but it was so good.
I went in the laundry room and the half cubes weren’t completely melted yet. Once they were, the fragrance wandered out the hall and into our living room. It’s amazing. The clean scent of Clothesline is toned down ever so lightly with the candy scent of Pink Haze. I think I need to try mixing scents more often!!
